NEW CUSTOMERS: The first time you place an order, you’ll be prompted to create a username and password for your account. Be sure to save your login information for future use. By logging into your account, you can manage your password, access your orders for webinars and BrainWorks supplies, and view refunds and cancelations.
ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS: After purchase, you will receive two emails. The first one is a note of thanks for your purchase. The second one has a link to your order. To access webinars without the email:
- Go to www.sensationalbrain.com.
- Log into your account using your username and password.
- Once there, click on Orders on the left next to the shopping cart.
- Next, click the desired Order #.
- If your order included a webinar, the title will be displayed as a hot link. Click the link to access the webinar. Scroll down below the webinar to see links to the survey and post-test and instructions about receiving your CEU certificate.
Once a webinar is purchased, we guarantee access for one year. The system allows the post-test to be taken and passed one time only. Sensational Brain LLC is an Approved Provider of continuing education for AOTA (#8215). AOTA does not endorse specific course content, products, or clinical procedures. Look for the AOTA brand blocks on approved courses.
CEU INFORMATION: All participants who view the entire recording and successfully complete a post-test (≥70%) immediately receive a popup with a link to the certificate. The download link for the certificate replaces the post-test link in your account preventing the post-test from being take again. See our Contact page for instructions on requesting replacement certificates.
GROUP PURCHASES: We offer group discounts to organizations and groups of participants:
- 2-5 participants: 15%
- 6 or more participants: 25%
Discounts apply to regular webinar prices including packages and cannot be combined with other promotions. To receive a quote, please have the group contact person email email@example.com with webinar or package title(s) and the total number of participants. Once the request is received, a follow-up email is sent with purchase options and webinar access information.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT DAYS: Select up to 6 contact hours for your PD. We’ll calculate your total cost based on the courses selected and the number of participants. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote and payment details. For large groups (e.g., entire districts), email email@example.com for a custom quote.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept U.S. purchase orders and credit card payments over the phone. See more information on our Payments and Shipping page.
If your organization reimburses employees for educational webinars and your group qualifies for a discount, we can create group-specific coupon codes. Each participant can use the coupon to order individually and receive the group discount. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request, including webinar title(s) and the number of participants.
INTERNATIONAL PURCHASE ORDERS: Terms are net 30 days. We offer two payment options:
1. Send Money Using PayPal: Use this link to select your country then follow the prompts and use Rachel’s email: email@example.com.
Once you get your confirmation email from PayPal, send it to firstname.lastname@example.org with your invoice number.
2. Wire Transfers: Email requirements for payment with your purchase order. A $20 handling fee will be added to your invoice.
