The Brain: Building a strong neurological foundation for self-regulation in children
Join Gwen Wild, MOT, OTR/L, renowned self-regulation expert, to learn clinically proven neurological approaches to address self-regulation in children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD), ADHD, ODD, OCD, anxiety, trauma, chronic stress, fetal drug exposure, and physical disabilities. In this 1-hour webinar, the presenter addresses early childhood development and how to facilitate the development of a strong neurological foundation for self-regulation through motor skill development, co-regulation, a sensory-rich environment, and more. Gwen also addresses a parent/teacher-coaching model how to address the needs of kids with physical disabilities for whom a natural developmental approach requires modifications.
