Description
Toilet Training From a Sensory Perspective
From a parent’s perspective, it’s likely that no other developmental milestone is more life changing than independence in toileting! This 2-hour webinar provides an overview of two very different methods for toilet training children with sensory processing disorders and/or autism. The presenter also reviews a variety of resources, modifications, adaptive equipment, and sensory strategies that you will feel prepared to recommend or use immediately. Although toilet training is typically most successful when carried out in the home, strategies for the school setting are also included. This course is also available in an early childhood webinar package.
