Creating an Account and Ordering

First-time purchasers will be prompted to select a username and password to create an account.

  • Username: case sensitive and cannot be changed and cannot be changed
  • Password: case sensitive and minimum of any 6 characters, may be prompted to change if too weak
  • Email: used for purchase confirmation emails, refunds, Zoom registrations

Save your login information for future use. Customer service has access to your username and email address but not your password.

Your dashboard provides access to your

  • order history with most recent purchases at the top,
  • shipping and billing addresses,
  • payment methods, if you choose to store them, and
  • account details, including name, email address, password change,
    logout icon.

There is also a link to your BrainWorks Online membership at the top of the dashboard.

Ordering for Someone Other Than Yourself

This section applies to business office personnel or administrative assistants placing orders online for one or more participants. Your order needs to be placed through an account belonging to the person taking the course. Only one webinar can be ordered per person. Each person will take a post-test and receive a certificate, which is stored in the account for a minimum of 7 years. Follow these steps to ensure each person has access to the course after the purchase:

  1. Request participant(s) to provide their Sensational Brain their usernames and passwords. Instruct those who don’t have one to create an account for free by clicking the people icon in the upper lefthand corner on Sensational Brain’s homepage.  
  2. Log into each account.
  3. Order the desired webinar(s).
  4. Apply the coupon code if provided (see next section for group discounts).
  5. Use your organization’s billing information to complete the order.
  6. The confirmation email will go to the participant’s email. If you need it for accounting purposes, ask participants to forward it to you. 
  7. Each purchase provides access for one participant to view and take one passing post-test. 


We offer group discounts to organizations and groups of participants:

  • 2-5: 15%
  • 6 or more: 25%
  • Case by case: for large groups (e.g., entire school districts)

Discounts apply to regular, view-on-demant webinar prices and cannot be combined with other promotions. Webinar packages are excluded because they already include an average 20% discount. To receive a quote, please have the group contact person email with webinar or package titles and the total number of participants. Once the request is received, a follow-up email is sent with purchase options and webinar access information.

Group discounts are offered to private groups and organizations purchasing online or using purchase orders. Sign up for our newsletter to receive announcements about seasonal sales that may offer steeper discounts.

All prices shown in your cart are in U.S. dollars. We offer two options for secure, online payments:

  1. Credit cards: The checkout area lists acceptable card companies and may be updated occasionally. Our credit card processor is Stripe.
  2. PayPal:  Pay through your PayPal account or credit or debit cards. All international customers will be directed to PayPal.

After purchase, you will receive two emails. The first is a note of thanks for your purchase; the second has a link to your order. To access webinars without the email:

  1. Go to
  2. Log into your account using your username and password.
  3. Under My Account, click on Orders to the right of the shopping cart.
  4. Under Manage Orders, click the desired Order # OR View to the far right.
  5. If your order included a webinar, the title will be displayed as a blue-green hot link with “x 1” next to it, meaning you purchased only 1 webinar. Click the link to access the webinar. You’ll see the YouTube video with a start button in the middle. Scroll down below the webinar to see links to the survey and post-test and instructions about receiving your CEU certificate.
  • Note 1: For webinars offered as PRESALE, a blank box instead of the video until the recording is processed.
  • Note 2: For Webinar Packages, click on the title of the webinar x 1 not the title of the package. Each package includes a list of webinar titles indented under the package name.

We guarantee access for one full year from the purchase date. Our system allows only one passing grade on the post-test.

To access your membership,

  1. Log into your account with your username or email address and password.
  2. At the top of the homepage, hover over BrainWorks.
  3. Click Members Area OR
  4. Click on the link at the top of your dashboard: Are you a BrainWorks Member? Go to the Members Area Page.
  5. Click on Select and Print BrainWorks Card or any other members-only options.
