Purchase Orders

We gladly accept We accept U.S. purchase orders (POs) preferably by email. Terms are net 30 days in U.S. dollars. We cannot accept international POs. Please see payment options for international orders that follow. 

Invoices

Follow these recommendations to provide the fastest service: 

  • Based on your business office requirements,
    • we can provide copies of our W-9 and
    • complete and return any vendor-specific forms.
  • If you need a quote, include the product description and quantity.
  • If you’re purchasing a webinar or webinar package for a group of 2 or more, see Group Discounts in Creating an Account & Ordering for our discount offerings.
  • If you’re using a coupon code from our newsletter, include the name. We guarantee discounts as long as they are received before the expiration date.
  • For payment, let us know if your business office accepts emailed rather than mailed invoices.
  • Once we receive your completed PO, processing begins. 

The process varies slightly depending on whether the order is digital or physical. Orders may include both types of products. 

  • For webinars:
    • A coupon code is created for your course.
    • An access email is sent to the contact person with complete instructions on purchasing the course and accessing the video and associated links. The purchasing agent is copied to indicate the order is complete
    • Your invoice is created and sent as directed. It includes the contact person and the date instructions were sent. 
  • For physical products:
    • An invoice is created.
    • Products are shipped from Idaho. 
    • The USPS tracking number is emailed to the contact person and copied to the purchasing agent. Delivery is typically within 10 business days.
  • For memberships:
    • An email is sent to the contact person requesting login information to set up the account.
    • Once received, a unique account is set up and the membership is added.
    • Instructions for accessing the membership are emailed to the contact person and copied to the purchasing agent.

We provide several payment options and will work with your organization if you have specific payment processes. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Credit Cards

Email celeste@sensationalbrain.com to request a callback for credit card information. Once payment is accepted the payee receives

  • A confirmation email from Stripe, our credit card processor
  • A detailed paid receipt from Sensational Brain
  • Complete instructions for accessing webinars or receiving products

ACH or Other Payment System

Email complete setup instructions to celeste@sensationalbrain.com. Rachel reviews and completes all forms.

Tracking numbers are emailed when products are shipped:

  • Attention line: If you are a member of a school district or other large organization and order physical products, please provide the name of the receiving person for the shipping label.
  • Domestic orders: Orders are shipped via Priority USPS mail and will arrive within 3–10 business days. Charges are a flat rate (between $4 and $9) based on the total cost of products ordered.
  • International orders: These are shipped via Economy USPS mail. Flat rate charges are between $10 and $39 depending on the total cost of products ordered. The arrival date cannot be guaranteed and varies greatly depending on the destination country. If you prefer a different shipping arrangement, please email rachel@sensationalbrain.com.
