A: Certificates are automatically created when you pass with a score 70% or more. You should receive (1) an immediate popup with a link to download your certificate immediately and (2) an automated email with your certificate attached. In addition, the link you used to complete the post-test is replaced with the download link. So your certificate is always available in your account. If you don’t receive the email, it’s possible you have a typo in the email address you entered on the demographics section of the post-test. We archive PDF certificates for a minimum of 7 years as required by AOTA. Email any concerns about your certificate to [email protected].
