BrainWorks Online Memberships

BrainWorks is an online, nontangible product with 1-year access from the purchase date. We cannot issue refunds once the order is processed and you set your username and password.

Physical Products

Returns

You may return any item within 30 calendar days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging accompanied by your proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and send you a confirmation email indicating your return was either approved or unapproved. If approved, we will issue a credit for the purchase price through PayPal. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for your return. We highly recommend that you purchase tracking services to prove return delivery.
