How can I determine what type of sensory diet would help me teach my 6-year-old how to help himself during his kindergarten day?

It can be overwhelming at first to figure out what your child needs. I recommend finding a good occupational therapist in your area to do a thorough assessment and determine a course of treatment, including a sensory diet, for him.
