Q&A: Lighting for Those on the Spectrum?

Question:

Is there a company, brand, or style of lights that work best for folks on the spectrum? The usual answer I get to this question is to mute the lighting. If you know of any resources or have any other good thoughts I would appreciate the input.

Answer:

Most research shows that full-spectrum incandescent lighting is best for most of us, but especially for people with autism. Here is an article from Psychology Today that gives a nice overview of this subject.
